the challenge: Manual work processes & outdated Tech

Before adopting Henri in 2018, Blanton Turner relied on emails, phone calls, paper processes, and multiple apps to manage resident communications.

Their team manually handled tasks such as responding to inquiries, distributing notices, managing maintenance requests, and tracking amenity reservations. Rent collections were done in person or through outdated software.

Recognizing the need for an all-in-one, streamlined solution, they evaluated several options and chose Henri as the best fit.

In 2018, Blanton Turner piloted Henri at 2 communities with a total of 88 units.
In response to the operational efficiencies and community benefits Henri provided Blanton Turner during the pilot, the Henri platform was expanded to their full portfolio of 61 multifamily and student housing communities by 2021 — spanning over 6,200 units.

Henri’s automation of these tasks, combined with the ability to manage everything within a single app, led to a 45% reduction in time spent compared to our previous methods.
